Returns & Refunds Due to the exclusive and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for: - Change of mind - Personal preference - Incorrect selection by the customer - Minor variations resulting from the handmade process Refunds are only available if: - The item arrives damaged during shipping. - The item received is significantly different from the product ordered. - A manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery.
